"Earlier this month, we received some bad news following an emergency vet visit — our 18 year old Jack Russell Terrier had cancer, and our options were limited. She was stable for the short term, so we were able to take her home and provide palliative/hospice care with the support of her regular veterinarian.
I reached out to Dr Winder when we got the news. She was incredibly responsive and sensitive, answering all of my questions and giving me space to make a decision about what we would do.
When it came time to end the palliative care, Dr Winder was extremely supportive and gentle. The entire experience was handled with such care and I could not recommend Dr Winder more. Thank you so much for helping our little girl’s final moments be in my arms, in our home, in such a kind and gentle way."

"Charlotte (Dr. Winder) came out to our house to lay our cat Panda to rest. Saying goodbye to a beloved pet is never easy, but having the option to have it done in the comfort of our own home was very peaceful for both us and Panda. Charlotte was compassionate and empathetic, and took care of everything from start to finish. As a multiple pet owner, when the time comes again we would definitely use her services. Highly recommend."
